To add your Vevor KI 1350A Plotter to the Artcut program, you can try the following steps:
Driver Installation: Ensure that the proper drivers for your Vevor KI 1350A are installed on your Windows 10 machine. You may find these on the manufacturer's website.
Use a Compatible Driver: If there is no direct listing for your specific plotter in Artcut, try using a generic or compatible driver option that might work with your plotter.
Manual Configuration: Go through the "Add Plotter" or "Add Cutter" options in Artcut. Manually configure the plotter settings by selecting a model that closely matches or by entering custom communication settings (e.g., baud rate, data bits, USB setting).
Consult Documentation: Refer to any documentation that came with the plotter or visit the manufacturer’s support page for any specific instructions related to Artcut compatibility.
Community Forums: Check online forums or user groups for Artcut users. Other users might have found solutions for integrating the Vevor KI 1350A that they’ve shared.
</li>
If these don't resolve the issue, consider contacting Vevor or Artcut support for assistance with compatibility questions.
I have used the software successfully multiple times, but today when I got to plot, I get this error. What file is it looking for? Nothing in my setup has changed.

The error message "An unnamed file was not found" typically indicates that the software is attempting to access or reference a file that is either missing, incorrectly named, or located in a different directory than expected. It could be due to a variety of reasons such as a temporary file used in the plotting process being deleted or the project file not being properly saved or located. Here are a few steps you might consider trying:
Ensure that all files related to the project are saved correctly and are in the expected directories that the software accesses.
Check if any temporary files created by the software during plotting might have been inadvertently deleted.
Attempt to recreate the project or open and save the project file under a new name, then try plotting again.
Restart the software and your computer to see if it resolves any temporary glitches.
If possible, check for any updates or patches for the Artcut software that might address this error.
If the issue persists, you may want to reach out to Artcut's customer support for further assistance.
It is possible that there may be an issue with the program itself or with the computer. Try restarting the computer and attempting to open the program again. If the issue persists, you may need to reinstall Artcut or contact their technical support for further assistance.
The solution is to use Corel Draw software to export JPEG files to HPGL format and then you can import them in ArtCut application because if you try with simple JPEG files, everything will be distorted and not editable at all.
I've got Artcut software with a Seiki cutter. Installed it and it seems OK, until I try to cut anything. All it says is : "an unnamed file was not found" and then does nothing. I've tried to uninstall and re-install it, but nothing helped. I know the cutter is working fine as I tried it with another program. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Before you can cut something using this program, you need to add your cutter to the program. This can be done by opening the program, press the Install Cutting Plotter button from the toolbar, search for Seiki plotter and chose your model. If you can't find your model, it's possible that you can't use this two together.
I have recently installed Artcut2009 which I received with my cutting plotter. I have followed the instructions to the tee and still my plotter is not working. If I press test on the machine it plots, but when I say test using Artcut nothing happens. I have installed all drivers that is needed and still nothing. I am currently using Windows 7 64bit.

I have checked various websites, and before you can plot anything, the software needs configuration, even if you installed all the drivers. I recommend checking Google Search and the websites listed. There is also a video guide to help you with the process of configuration. After this procedure, the Artcut should send the data correctly to the machine.
When I import a photo, it will not let me image trace it, it comes up with a bunch of lines.

According to various talks and sources on the Internet, the Artcut application has major issues when it comes to importing files to tracing, cutting, etc. If you add a PLT file, then things change because this format is fully supported by the application.
I recommend you check the tutorials available on Google because this is the best way to learn how to work with the software: https://goo.gl/OPE1jO
I have a JPEG file and I've been trying to follow some instructions with CorelDraw and Photoshop for files to upload in Artcut and have the correct picture, but I have not been able to do so. Is there anyone that can help me?

The process of converting/importing/editing a file into ArtCut is called tracing. You need to trace the image before you can cut it using ArtCut. Luckily, there are plenty tutorials available for this on the listed websites.
Unfortunately, as you can see on the review page of the product, the application is compatible only with Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP platforms. In order to run it on your computer, you can try the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, you can install the program in Windows XP Mode environment. Windows XP Mode is a free utility developed by Microsoft that allows you to install and run applications compatible with Windows XP directly on a Windows 7 PC.
